This page is part of the Directory of Buildings of Townscape Merit (BTMs) and Listed Buildings in Teddington assembled by the Planning and History Groups of The Teddington Society. You can view Hampton Road, Teddington on Google Maps.
Between 23A and Blandford Road is the National Physical Laboratory, a vast area of modern two-storey concrete brick and glass buildings and grass.Despite its history it is not a BTM. Two older buildings stand in the grounds: a red brick ornate Victorian folly, with a statue set in the wall above the main entrance; and a large Victorian villa of three storeys and basement, with steps to front door and bay windows at basement, ground and first floor levels.
