Nos. 32, 36, 40 and 44 are four large Victorian houses on larger than usual plots with extensive gardens and garages. They have been extended.
No. 40 white clay brick with red stringer courses, elevation decorated with large and small gable ends, slate roof, unusually prominent chimney stacks with Tudor flavour, sash windows with red brick arches and stone lintels to bay window, porch to front door, a brick built garage separated from house (possibly "Granny flat"). Large front garden with prominent Eucalyptus tree.
