No. 40 white clay brick with red stringer courses, elevation decorated with large and small gable ends, slate roof, unusually prominent chimney stacks with Tudor flavour, sash windows with red brick arches and stone lintels to bay window, porch to front door, a brick built garage separated from house (possibly "Granny flat"). Large front garden with prominent Eucalyptus tree.
