Private (89431) with the Middlesex Regiment, 2nd Battn.
Captured and became a prisoner of war in German hands on 24th April 1918
Died of dysentery and starvation on 4th November 1918, aged 20
Buried at Sarralbe Military Cemetery, Lorraine, France (Plot: Morhange German Cemetery Memorial 3)
