Road: Park Road, Teddington

Property: 20a, "The Coach House"

Probably 19th century. All that is left of a house known as St Mary's, no. 20, demolished after WWII. It is believed that this house was formed from the coach house belonging to Teddington Lodge, demolished in the 1960s (the Police Station now built on the site), and the coach house of the adjoining property called St. Mary's (now a block of flats known as Tudor Court). The Teddington Society Survey description was "It is now a 2-storey residence with a slate roof, yellow brick, surrounded by a high brick wall with a pair of large wooden gates."
