These 7 houses are similar in design, presumably by the same builder or architect. Nos. 11-17 are shown as slightly larger than the rest on the 1898 OS map. The gardens at the rear back on to King's Road with garages. Each house is detached, 2-storey, stock brick, with stucco gable, slate roof with ornamental ridge tiles, bay-ed French windows at ground floor level with decorative stained glass lights above, casement windows at 1st floor level with red brick arches, ornamental stringers, stucco brackets under continuous cill and gabled porch to front door. No. 23 has painted brickwork.
