John Malcolm Adams

Son of James Cecil Adams and Annie Adams née Smith

of 52 Teddington Park Road, Teddington, Middlesex

Born 7th August 1926 at Battersea, Surrey

Educated at Stanley Road School, Teddington

Ordinary Seaman (P/JX 63048), H.M.S. Cato, Royal Navy

Died 6th July 1944, aged 17 years, when his ship was sunk off the Normandy coast

whilst searching for survivors from the sinking of H.M.S. Magic.

Listed on Portsmouth Naval Memorial (Panel 83, Column 3)
