The annual general meeting of the Teddington Society will be held on Wednesday April 24th at Elleray Hall, Teddington. Proceedings will start at 7.30pm with a talk by John Tough about the history of the famous boatyard that bears his name. His presentation is entitled Tough’s Boatyard – From Little Ships to the Present Day.
This will be followed by the annual meeting, the agenda for which is:
• Apologies for absence
• Chair’s introduction and report
• Adoption of the minutes of the 2018 AGM
• Matters arising from the minutes
• Financial Report and adoption of the Annual Accounts
• Group Leaders’ reports
• Election of Officers
• Appointment of Independent Examiner
• Any other business
• Close of meeting (Chair)
