The WW1 War Memorial of Sacred Heart Church, Teddington is an inscribed monstrance. It has engraved on it the words: "This remonstrance is dedicated to the Divine Service in loving and perpetual memory of the beloved boys of this parish of the Sacred Heart of Jesus who gave their lives for freedom in the Great War 1914-1918. They died for us and Thee; O Sacred Heart our refuge be."
On the base are inscribed the following names:
