Arthur Ernest Payne

Son of George Payne and Edith Ann Payne née Cuff of 56 Bushy Park Road, Teddington.

Born 26th March 1890 at Shoreditch, Middlesex, England

Sergeant (421110), Canadian Machine Gun Corps, 9th Coy.

Awarded the Military Medal

Killed in action south of Courcelette in France on 5th October 1916.

Final resting place unknown

Listed on the Vimy Memorial, Departement du Pas-de-Calais, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France
