Property: 30

No. 30 is a double fronted cottage of stock brick painted white, slate roof, sash windows, porch to front door, 2-storey rear extension fronting North lane, also single storey additions, very small back garden with space for parking car. The cottage is now undergoing extensive restoration to both house and front garden. It is thought the house could have been called The Elms in 1890.
