Large two storey, stock brick building, double fronted with two stucco gable ends, the larger having an attic room, slate roof, bay windows either side of front door, 1st floor casement windows with red brick arches, ornamental stringers, continuous cills with stucco brackets, gable porch to front door.    The building is subject to works to the basement area and has a garage.    This house is similar in design to the smaller house adjacent at No. 8& the 7 houses on the other side of the road, Nos. 11 - 23.
