Road: King's Road

Property: 52-64

These consist of a terrace of 8 Victorian houses, 2-storey, built of stock brick with stringer courses, mostly tiled roofs, all with added velox windows, sash windows at 1st floor with ornamental lintels, bay windows at ground floor with ornamental rendering to lintels and reveals and brackets beneath cills. The two houses at the end of the terrace, nos. 52 and 64 have their entrances at the side in Connaught Road and Windsor Road respectively. The middle houses have recessed front doors and ornamental rendered arched porches with a further arch joining each pair of houses. The end of terrace porches are similar. They have small front gardens and no. 52 has a greenhouse/conservatory abutting the side elevation.
