"Possibly built before 1870. Detached double-fronted 2-storey house in stock brick with painted quoins, slate roof. Sash windows. Entrance central with archway. Splayed bay on ground floor on left. Decorative tops to all windows upstairs and matching decorative cornices to downstairs windows. Attached garage. Wide frontage with 12 yard wide garden on left. Hawthorn & oak in garden."
