Alfred John William Brydon

Son of Alfred Percy Brydon and Elizabeth Brydon of 22 Watts Lane, Teddington

Born 01 May 1898 at Teddington

Apprentice in the printing department of Knapp & Drewett & Sons of Kingston

Enlisted at Westminster in May 1916, whilst living at Teddington

Private (28621) with Essex Regiment, 10th Battn.

Had been in France for about a year when he was wounded and he died of wounds in France on 03 Apr 1918, aged 19

Buried at Namps-Au-Val British Cemetery, Picardie, France (Plot: I.K.20)
