Road: High Street, Teddington
Property: 106-108
Set back with small railings in front, high pointed gable with 2 dormer windows. Mixed tiled roof, two 4 paned windows above and a 6 paned window below in the gable. There is a 4-sided bay on the first floor. All panes are latticed and the bay overhangs the shop front. This structure is half-timbered pseudo Tudor. This property was built by Mr Lemon, a baker, and a member of a very old Teddington family. It is on the site of an old bake-house built by a relative in 1829. A lane, called Lemons Lane, was a pathway which led from the bake-house into fields.
In 1978, Alfred Bagnall & Sons (painting contractors). In 2013, offices of The White Company Brasserie.
