Property: 3 "Churchill House"
The TeddSoc 1973 Survey stated: "Detached double-fronted 2-storey house, brick with stone bays & porch, slate roof. Splayed bays on each side on ground floor. Entrance in stone porch. Garage. Derelict condition."
They updated this later to read: "Renovated c. 1980. Now occupied by Teddington Conservative Association and named Churchill House. The Conservative Clubhouse between nos. 3 & 5 now has stone wall & wrought iron double gates in front of forecourt."
