Harold Barton
Son of Henry Barton and Charlotte Jane Barton née Cox of 2 Thelma Grove, Teddington
Born 25th October 1895 at Teddington
Educated at St Peter & St Paul's School, Teddington
Employed as a Clerk with Wright Bros, Richmond, Surrey
Enlisted at Hounslow, whilst living at Teddington.
Lance-Corp. (L/15892), Royal Fusiliers (City of London Regiment), 1st Battn.
Presumed killed in action in France or Flanders on 18th August 1916, aged 21
Listed on the Thiepval Memorial (Pier and Face 8C 9A and 16A)
