This is a short cul de sac off [[Queen's Road, Teddington|Queen's Road]] and the street is not made up.

Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4: At the time of the Teddington Society Survey in the 1970s there were a pair of semi-detached houses of yellow brick with slate roofs, splayed bay windows at ground floor level and sash windows above. No. 1 was known as ''Lily Villa'' with a front door at the side with a garage. No. 2, painted, was known as ''Ellington Villa'' and joined on to a brick and slate roofed church building with slated porch which was originally The London City Mission Hall.     These buildings had been used in the 1970s by Ion Tech. Limited.

The church building had been empty for a while, but was converted and restored by Martin Grant Homes, together with no. 2 into what the estate agents call "three prestigious 4-bedroom houses".     Nos. 1 and 2 look at present very much as they had been in the 1970s, except they are now both painted brick.     There have been additions to the church building, such as a second porch and the brick work has been cleaned.   "Prices from £1,300,000."  (October 2013).  

No. 1 would seem to be also part of the Martin Grant Homes scheme (as well as houses on the other side of the street).
