Lieutenant (Act. Captain), 2nd/9th (County of London) Battalion of The London Regiment (Queen Victoria's Rifles)

Died of wounds in Belgium on 12th September 1917, aged 36

Buried at Dozinghem Military Cemetery, Vleteren, West Flanders, Belgium (Grave Ref. VII. A. 9)
