Road: Twickenham Road, Teddington

Property: 7-17

This is an unusual row of 3-storey houses double fronted, with rendered elevations, tiled roof with prominent eaves, plain ornamental corner buttresses, windows with stone mullions, arches and reveals, porch over front door supported by columns. They all have garages. The Teddington Society Survey by Mrs. J.H. Williams suggested that these houses were built c. 1909 and won the Architect a prize for their design. (There are houses in Kingston Road close to the junction with Ferry Road with similar windows with stone mullions.)

Nos. 7 & 9 are detached houses separated by St. Albans Grove.

Nos. 11-13 & 15-17 consist of two pairs of semi-detached houses, similar in design, rendered elevations with rough cast finish, with windows and doors similar to nos. 7 and 9. Chimneys pebble dash rendered.
