John Raggett

Son of John Raggett and Fanny Raggett née Surman of Watts Lane, Teddington

Born 13th March 1884 at Kingston-Upon-Thames, Surrey

Married Florence Phipps at Kingston-on-Thames on 23rd January 1904

Enlisted at London whilst living at 18 West Road, Teddington

Pioneer (118238) with Royal Engineers

Private (293142) with Labour Corps, 706th Coy.

Died of wounds sustained during an air raid in Belgium on 30th October 1917

Buried at Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery, Poperinge, West Flanders, Belgium (Grave XXI. B.B. 15)
