Park Road 155-173
Road: Park Road, Teddington
These are five semi-detached 3-storey houses, brick built, with ornamental brick quoins, ornamental brick lintels to sash windows and cills with brackets.The roofs are slate and each house has an ornamental gable with second floor window and ground and first floor bay windows separated with four ornamental terracotta plaques. There is an ornamental brick arch with recessed front door above which is a shared balcony with French doors and ornamental iron railings with slate overhang except in the case of no. 157 where it is glazed. Some of the properties have extensions at the rear. Six have lost their boundary wall and all but one have paved, gravelled or concrete front gardens for parking. No. 173 is larger than the others and has a corner plot with side boundary in Avenue Road. It alone retains its front garden, though rather overgrown, and has a side elevation with bay window at ground floor level and an extension at the rear. Several of the houses are divided into flats.
