Born 2nd June 1892 at Richmond, Surrey

Employed as a carpenters assistant

Enlisted at Richmond whilst living at 1 Somerset Gardens, Teddington

Rifleman (R/434) with the King’s Royal Rifle Corps, 8th Battn.

Killed in action on 24th August 1917 in France or Flanders, aged 25

Listed on the Tyne Cot Memorial, Zonnebeke, West Flanders, Belgium (Panel 115 to 119 and 162A and 163A)
