Baptised 24th December 1879 at St Peter and St Paul’s Church, Teddington

Married Alice Dorothy Gatfield at Holy Trinity Church, Twickenham on 3rd December 1900.

Together they had eight children between the years 1901 and 1919.

Lived at 38 Argyle Road, Teddington and 91 Waldegrave Road, Teddington.

Enlisted on 26th February 1915 at Surbiton, Surrey

Private (3322), Home Counties Field Ambulance, Royal Army Medical Corps.

Received a medical discharge as ‘unfit for further duty’ on 13th March 1918

Died on 12th April 1919 at War Hospital, Epsom, Surrey, aged 39

Buried on 17th April 1919 at Teddington Cemetery (Plot N)
