Charles Henry Jarvis

Son of Henry Turner Jarvis and Margaret Lydia Jarvis née Watkins

Born 30th May 1895 at Tottenham, Middlesex

Educated at Teddington Council School

Milkman of 8 Stanley Gardens Road, Teddington

Enlisted at Kingston-on-Thames, Surrey

Private (16065) with the King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, 8th Battn.

Killed in action in France on 1st July 1916, aged 21 years.

Listed on the Thiepval Memorial, Departement de la Somme, Picardie, France (Pier and Face 11C and 12A)
