Teddington Lights Up 2008
The Mayor of Richmond, Cllr Helen Lee-Parsons accompanied by Dr Who actor Peter Davison, a patron of the Down's Syndrome Association, and Olympic Gold medalist Andy Hodge switched on the Christmas tree lights in Elmfield Gardens on the evening of Thursday 27 November 2008. There were special events all up and down Broad Street, The Causeway, The High Street and Church Road.
